You must have Microsoft Excel 2007 or newer. It is designed to work on PC type computers.
No technical support is available other than what is posted on this website and in the User's Manual.
All software deliveries are electronic, no physical CD or disk will be shipped. It may take up to 24 hours to receive download instructions by email.
By default, the program installs in folder C:\ORC2012a Make sure to add this folder to Excel's trusted locations list before running the program the first time.
The cost of the 2012 Edition is $99.99 (plus HST in Canada). If you paid for your 2011-edition on-line (through PayPal), then request a renewal rebate of $30 either with your order or by sending me an email . Upon verification, $30 rebate is credited to your PayPal account.
If you are a registered user (i.e. paid for this software), all subsequent updates during the SAME calendar year are free. Send me an email if you are a registered user and want the latest update.
